After you sign up, your coach will reach out to you via text message. You can communicate with your coach by text as often as you want. You can also schedule phone or video calls with your coach on a regular basis.

Our coaches work Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm ET. You can text your coach at any time, and they’ll get back to you promptly during working hours.

HLTHYher is a program just for women. If your relative or friend is taking a GLP-1 medication, you can share what you’re learning from HLTHYher, but they cannot join as a member.
